Two Picasso’s paintings were stolen in 10 minutes

On June 12,three masked gunmen break into the museum located in the city center of Sao Paulo, Brazil, took away 4 priceless oil paintings forcibly, including two works of Picasso’s. It also happened for the the third in Brazil that the arts were taken by the robbery, and the looting of each case have a list of Picasso oil paintings.
According to U.S. media reports, the robbery took place in Sao Paulo State Art Museum, at noon local time, 3 men spent 4.00reals(about 2.45 U.S. dollars) for the tickets, and then walked quickly to the second floor of the gallery, where a large number of famous oil paintings were on display.
At that time , there were almost no other visitors in museum. The robbers showed their guns quickly. Three security guards with no weapons were overpowered by robbers.
They removed those oil paintings from the wall, and put these paintings with frames into two big bags. The whole process lasted about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there are no metal detectors installed in the museum.
The cultural secretariat of the Sao Paulo Museum said that the two stolen works of Picasso’s were "artists and models" painted in 1963 and "The Minotaur, and the drunkard Woman. " painted in 1933. Two robbers also took away two oil paintings of well-known artists called Emiliano Di Cavalcanti and LaSalle • Se Jiaer x. It is estimated that the stolen arts valued at approximately 1,000,000 reals(about 612,000 U.S. dollars), the insurance for these arts are about 568,400 U.S. dollars.
Picasso's works can be think of the robbers’ favorites. In December 2007, two oil paintings displayed in Sao Paulo Museum were stolen , including Picasso's "Portrait of Suzanne Bloch •." These two oil paintings have been found by the police in January 2008. During the carnival in Rio de Janeiro,4 paintings displayed in Blue Sky museum were stolen, including Picasso’s famous oil painting “Dance”, but it was unknown so far.
